Ute Indian Tribe Pays $2.65M for Clark County Land
Group Sells Acreage Fronting Rainbow Blvd. and Oquendo Road
The Ute Indian Tribe acquired 2.12 acres of raw land at the southwest corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Oquendo Road from multiple private trusts for $2.65 million or $1.25 million per acre.
The Clark County land has utilities to the site and is zoned C2. The buyer has no immediate plans for development at this location.
