Exousia Announces Strategic Alliance to Supply Native American Nations
SUGAR LAND, Texas, July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EXOU) announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with the Nu'eta Nation Tribal Builders to be an approved subcontractor and supplier to Native American builders, developers, contractors and suppliers of construction materials. By entering into this agreement, Exousia also became approved to supply its products to all Native American nations. As part of the relationship, Exousia engaged a Native American contract procurement consultant who will be the Company's liaison into nationwide housing and construction projects, many of which are sponsored and funded by the United States Government. Exousia is already actively responding to approximately a dozen construction and development projects, and has begun preparing building designs and establishing supply. Exousia also entered into a second agreement to supply its industrial coatings and other advanced industrial products.
Under the terms of the agreement, Exousia will supply Structurally Insulated Panel (SIPs) Building Systems to Native American contractors and related firms. In most cases, these Native American firms will purchase Exousia Building Systems in response to awarded and funded Government construction contracts. These projects generally include affordable and workforce housing, and a typical home with 1500 square feet of living space will require approximately 3800 square feet of panels. Exousia building "envelopes," consisting of the frame, roof, interior and exterior walls, and interior partitions, are usually priced at $12-$16 per square foot of panel.
"Exousia is an ideal business development partner for Native American nations," comments John Melk, Senior Project Manager/Marketing Director of Nu'eta Nation Tribal Builders. "The Company understands the challenges we face and is willing to make the investment in time and capital to establish a fruitful, long-term relationship. The response from the Native American Nations has been overwhelming and I see Exousia receiving orders shortly," adds Mr. Melk.
"The products and services of Exousia fit well with the social and economic development needs of Native American nations," comments Exousia Senior VP of Corporate Development Elorian Landers. "We have received several requests for quotes and look forward to becoming a primary supplier to Native American nations throughoutNorth America," says Mr. Landers.
